PC BATT PEACE OFFCR 602.5 ( Supposed police battery)
Victor has never been a violent person. And when he was having his brake down never showed signs of being violent.I think its called taking advantage of a mentally ill person. Knowing the person couldn't do anything to protect himself against chump charges just had a free for all and threw as many charges as they possibly could on Victor. This has happened to numerous people especially Minority's this SUPPOSED POLICE BATTERY CHARGE. But when asked to prove that it really happened the police never can give proof.
First of all, This charge was put on my husband 3 days after he was in jail. If that charge is true, Wheres the Video? The jail is covered in Video cameras. why wasn't that charge brought up in court? I rest my case.

Some people can go on a Psychotic episode. When going cold turkey off Psychosis med's , Just because some one looks to be on drugs or drunk. dose not mean they are under the influace. Please before you put false charges and start pointing the finger and acuseing a person. get educated about Psychotic Disorders. POLICE NEED TO PAY ATTENCHEN TO THIS! NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE DANGERIOUS WHOM ARE PSYCHOTIC. LIKE MY HUSBAND SOME ARE JUST TRYING TO FIGUER OUT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. AND WALK AROUND IN A DAZE AND TALK TO THEMSELFS AND DO STRANGE THINGS. If provoked could be vilont, Do not taunt, hit or or act mean towards some whom is having a Psychotic episode. They may take it as a threat and feel the need to protect themselfs. IF YOU GET HIT. MORE THE LIKELY YOU WERE DOING SOMETHING TO SCARE THE PERSON SUCH AS BEING ABUSEIVE YOURSELF. PSYCOTIC PEOPLE ARE NOT BAD OR SOME KIND OF MURDERS ETC. They are people just like us caught in a dream state. If you love someone whom is ill make sure they take thier meds dayly, or they could go to jail and be sent to prison just because the cops dont know how to deal with a mentally ill person. The cops belive that the person is acting strange because they feel like it. THAT COULDNT BE FATHER FROM THE TRUTH!!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH THE COPS ABOUT PSYCOTIC EPISODES! TO MANY MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE ARE GOING TO JAIL , ONLY BECAUSE THE COPS ARE UNDER EDUCATED ABOUT MENTAL ILLNESS.
A lady I met once said: The lawenforsment in Shasta County are less then a foot from being behind that glass at the jail. ( I COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT BETTER!)
